The service we offer is web-based. Because it is web-based, it means that

1. You do not have to install anything (you do, however, need a web browser and Adobe Reader, usually already installed)
2. You do not have to back up your data ever again - we do it for you automatically 
3. You can access it from practically anywhere in the world
4. Your customers can access their account online

 

Its simple
Everything is based on the creation of an invoice. Once an invoice has been created you can create a routing schedule, do reporting, view payment history, generate daily/weekly/monthly/annual bills and more. All important items, such as who owes you money and who you owe money to, what jobs are scheduled for the day and what the weather will be like over the next several hours, are conveniently displayed on the Dashboard for easy access. You can even have invoices created automatically with the Auto-scheduling feature. With it, you can schedule work at regular intervals; hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or yearly.

Once an invoice is created, you can email it to a customer, instead of wasting ink, paper, envelopes and stamps. Or, if you prefer, email a monthly bill instead.



Techincally speaking, its 100% FREE
Since you could use our service to run your business without the use of paper, stamps and stationary, our service pays for itself - and then some.

For example, assuming you have 20 customers, you would pay (per month):

• $7.80 per week in stamps (20 stamps per book @ $0.39 each)
• $0.25 per week in envelopes ($1.00 for a box of 50 envelopes)
• $0.20 per week in paper for invoices, bills, etc. ($5.00 for a ream of paper (500 sheets))
• $0.75 per week in ink usage ($30.00 for black and color cartriges - print up to 800 sheets + 800 envelopes)

             Total: $9.00 per week ($39.00 per month)

It doesn't stop there. Because the more customers you have, the more money you save. And, because your monthly fee will NEVER increase, you never have to worry about the price going up. What ever the monthly fee is when you enroll with our services is the fee that you pay each month. The price of paper, ink and envelopes will always increase. The sooner you enroll, the better.
